Since people have been asking about Moon Chime, here's a little info on her:

Moon Chime owns a small glass and trinket shop where she makes things of that nature, wind chimes being her specialty! The decorations in her tail were made by her, and create a soft chime sound while she flies. She's not a particularly social pony, and prefers to be up at night, which is when she normally works (and takes flight breaks on occasion). Although she owns the shop and makes its merch, it is managed by other ponies. She is seldom seen herself.
